STEVEN BLADES
Owner and Director of the company, Steven Blades (L.C.G.I), has over 30 years experience as a general builder and bricklayer. He started his career with a three year apprenticeship at R.Hogg and Son, a highly recognised restoration company, where he learnt all aspects of historical and general building. He went on to successfully pass his City and Guilds in Bricklaying with distinction and credits, as well as gaining a Diploma in Construction.
Steven won "Apprentice of the Year" at West Suffolk College and represented the college in three regional and national competitions.
Steven started his own business in 1995.
Steven is proud of the reputation his company has acquired over the years for quality and reliability.

DAVID FLETCHER
David joined in 2003 as a newly qualifyed bricklayer. Over the years he has developed and perfected his skills in all areas of building work. David's knowledge and experience mean that he is confident when appointed general foreman on jobs.
He has an NVQ level 2 in brickwork and is fully trained in first aid.
Outside work, David is a keen footballer playing for his local team.

RICHARD WARNER
Richard joined in 2013 and is our Carpenter. He is our Mastre Craftsman with wood and will turn his hand to creating anything from Bespoke furniture and units to fitting new roofs and stud walls
Jordan Spurling
Jordan is our newest member of the team, he is our General Labourer and tells us he is great at tidying up. can be found with a dustpan and brush cleaning up and is great for Richard to keep his van tidy!
Steven employs a specialist team of subcontractors who have detailed and extensive knowledge in their industries. They include electricians, plumbers, carpenters, plasterers and decorators.
All subcontractors are carefully vetted by Steven and most have worked with him for many years. Steven is happy to endorse their work and have them as part of his team.
